Welcome to my fitness world! My journey began in the sixth grade while working on a family history report. I discovered my family's history of early deaths from heart disease, which inspired me to ask for a Bowflex machine for my birthday. This ignited my passion for health and longevity. Since then, I've been steadfast in my commitment to living a healthy, fulfilling life, and I want to help you do the same.


I’m Reed, a seasoned Master Fitness Coach with over a decade of professional coaching and 23 years of personal experience in the gym. My mission is to help you make sustainable, long-lasting changes that will transform your life. As a Master Personal Trainer, I hold multiple certifications from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), I am a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and a Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher.


With your specific goals in mind, I create specialized programs to achieve results. I specialize in various physical training programs, including Strength and Conditioning, Bodybuilding, and Corrective Exercise. I also offer coaching in Nutrition, Behavioral Transformation, and Meditation. My training repertoire includes Body Weight and Resistance Disciplines like Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and Animal Flow.

 

My dedication to preventive wellness led me to open my own Pilates and Fitness Studio in 2017. There, I honed my skills and earned accolades such as "Best Pilates Studio in Georgia" in 2021 and 2022 by building community and helping clients like you reach their fitness goals. In 2023, I relocated to San Diego to continue my journey in the fitness industry. I am passionate about empowering others to unlock their full potential and lead vibrant, fulfilling lives through fitness.
